These Chocolate Candy Clusters can be adapted to fit your allergen. Use allergen-free chocolate chips, if needed (Check out Enjoy Life Foods). Adapt the recipe by taking out the nuts, or adding in coconut, allergen-free cookies or candies! Get creative!

1 pound semi-sweet chocolate chips (check label for allergens)
1 cup of cashews, peanuts or almonds (omit for nut free)
1/2 cup of raisins (increase to 1 cup more if omitting the nuts)

Note: Get Creative! Add in coconut, allergen-free cookie crumbles, candy pieces, etc.

Melt chocolate over a double boiler (or melt chocolate in a microwave according to package directions).

Add the nuts (if using) and the raisins. Drop the mixture by the spoonful onto waxed paper. Let stand at room temperature until drops become firm.

Store in a container with a tight fitting lid, and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Makes about 1 ½ dozen drops.
