Cocktail Sauce

Many cocktail sauces contain gluten, as well as other non-necessary ingredients. Homemade cocktail sauce is easy to make, and the spiciness can be customized be adding more horseradish &/or hot sauce.

2/3 cup Heinz ketchup (Check label for allergens!)

¼ cup of GF prepared horseradish (Check label for allergens!) 
 
1 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce (Check label for allergens!)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until blended. Store the sauce, covered, in the refrigerator until needed. It tastes freshest served within a couple of days but refrigerated it will keep for up to 3 weeks.
