Cheesy Potato Bake



Nut Free Fish Free Gluten Free 

Great for a crowd! Perfect for a brunch or dinner buffet.

6 large potatoes, cubed into ½” pieces and boiled (until almost done)
2 onions, chopped
2 cups cottage cheese(Check label for allergens)
1 cup sour cream (Check label for allergens)
1 ½ cup ham, cubed into ½” pieces
1 cup frozen peas, cooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Check label for allergens)
Paprika, for sprinkling on top

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 2 ½ quart casserole.

In a large bowl combine the potatoes and the onions. Stir in the cottage cheese, sour cream, ham and peas.

Spoon into the casserole dish and sprinkle with the cheese and paprika.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until bubbling and hot. 

Serves 6-8.
