Hello My name is Heidi and I have been gluten free for over 8 years as I am Celiac. I LOVE LOVE to bring rice crackers with tuna mixed with mayonnaise for a delicious and nutritious snack. Add a container of fresh baby carrots and I have a yummy lunch that I can even share with my 22 month old son who is also has allergies. Munch away. I would LOVE to win a handheld lunchbox as it would make my favorite lunch so easy to take with me in case there is nothing I can eat.

I roast veggies and my tofu for lunch each day. I usually end up tossing the roasted tofu on top of my salad, but they end up soggy and not crunchy, which is a huge disappointment, and I never end up eating it, a huge waste of food. This would be amazing I can take my lunch all in one container. I take the bus, so taking many containers. just does not work, I do not have the room to hull around bags of stuff. This is a dream come true!

This Progressive Hand-Held Lunch Boxes looks really enjoyable for traveling with Gluten Free foods. I usually only eat before I leave and wait till I get home this is because I have not had any good experiences eating out. This would assist me to be able to travel with Gluten Free options I could eat with this convenient travel container that would separate my fruits and vegetables and other foods in two different sections. I hope I will be lucky enough to be one of the lucky winners for this contest.
