While Sweet Baby Ray’s does taste great is also contains high frustose corn syurp!!

Yes, I know. I try to limit high fructose corn syrup in the foods I eat too. I haven’t been able to find a BBQ sauce that is gluten-free and doesn’t have it in it.
Do you know of any? Let us know if you (or anyone else?) know of one!

How ironic that Sweet Baby Ray’s is your Friday favorite because just yesterday I received a reply email from them telling me exactly the same thing……that their retail sauces are all gf!!!! HAPPY GRILLING MEMORIAL DAY to us!!!

That’s what I call serendipity!
There was also another BeFreeForMe member that replied to the Rudi’s Blog post a couple of days ago and said she loved Sweet Baby Ray’s on her hamburgers. It made me chuckle because this post had already been written and was ready to be published! I was biting my lip not to say anything (or should I say “trying to stop my fingers from typing a comment back…”) and ruin the Friday Favorite for this week…
