WIN-it-Wednesday: Arbonne Pure Swiss Skin Care & Nutrition
To date, all of BeFreeForMe’s WIN-it-Wednesday blogs have featured items that have to do with gluten & allergen free FOOD.
That is why I am more than thrilled to have Arbonne Skin Care & Nutrition be the sponsor of this week’s WIN-It-Wednesday!
Being on a gluten-free diet, I have become more aware of the ingredients in the foods, as well as all other products, that I use.
Although the world around me can be complicated and crazy, it seems ironic that my gluten-free lifestyle has made what I eat and use become more simple. Products that are pure, safe and beneficial to me and my well-being.
Which ironically is Arbonnes’s tagline: pure. safe. beneficial.
For those of you that want to stay away from gluten in cosmetics and creams that could be ingested, this product is for you. Almost all of the Arbonne products (except for the women’s vitamins and the natural hormone cream) contain no gluten. They also have a weight loss and nutrition program including shakes, chews and supplements that are also free of gluten, are high in vegetable protein and are also perfect for vegetarians.
An Arbonne representative and manager, Kristina, who is also a celiac and lives the gluten-free lifestyle with her family, has offered TWO LUCKY BeFreeForMe members a gift pack containing the Arbonne SeaSource Detox Spa line of Foaming Sea Salt Scrub and Renewing Body Gelee (Over an $80 value per gift pack!). I’ve tried this Arbonne line of products (as well as other Arbonne products too!) and I love them… and I think you will as well!
How can you win?
EASY! Reply to this post and tell us how you relax and unwind after a long hectic day. (Me? I take a long walk with Sadie Maie, my super-sweet boxer, or hang out on my front porch with a good book.)
Kristina has also generously offered all BeFreeForMe members 20% OFF all Arbonne products until 8/15/09! There is something for everyone from infants to those concerned with anti-aging. To redeem your 20% OFF offer send her an email at: arbonneforceliacs@gmail.com.
As an added bonus, Kristina is living the gluten-free lifestyle, and can answer any questions that you may have.
All entries to win must be posted by Sunday, August 9th at 12 midnight EST.
Good Luck and… as always…

Woo hoo!! I relax either by reading, taking a long shower with smelly bath accoutrements, or checking Facebook and playing Bejeweled Blitz. 🙂

Relaxation for me comes late in the evening post dinner creation, dog walking and playing a board game with my twins. After snuggling them into bed, I get to enjoy a nice glass of wine, a good book and the occasional foot massage from my honey.
Perfect!

After a long day at work, or working at home, I enjoy reading a good book or magazine. It has always been my stress reliever.
I am anxious to share the Arbonne products with our local Celiac Support Group. We discuss skin products very often, in fact we had a cosmetic representative talk at our last meeing. And we do have members with Dermatitis Herpetiformis. A dermatologist is scheduled to speak at our next meeting.

I head to the gym to get out all my pent up energy and furusterations from the day, then I shower and watch an episode of the West Wing with my husband (it’s our “thing”) or spend time reading in bed.

I relax by scrapbooking or cardmaking.
August 5th, 2009 at 10:08 am
After a busy day, I relax by watching any of my 4 children participate in their activities. It is relaxing and rejuvenating to watch their PURE JOY as they participate in activities they love. I walk away with a continued appreciation for my children. It helps me rejuvenate for another day.
August 5th, 2009 at 10:13 am
I like to relax by reading a good book or magazine while sitting out in the sunshine.
August 5th, 2009 at 10:14 am
My relaxation is in the morning when I exercise and drive away any frustrations left over from the day before. Do all celiacs need to watch out for the products that they use or is it just those with D.H.?
August 5th, 2009 at 10:16 am

I love gardening. I find it relaxing to be able to see the fruit of my labor. And just to enjoy that in life, you can only do so much. The rest will work itself out. I planted the seed, watered it, weeded the garden…but in the end the plant must do the work. I love it. It takes a huge burden off of things.
August 5th, 2009 at 1:22 pm
I relax by swimming or taking my doggies for a walk or gardening. This sounds awesome!
August 5th, 2009 at 3:19 pm
I unwind through being outdoors – hiking, biking, running, playing Frisbee – or cooking up something new and different. A good book and a glass of wine are always good, too. 🙂

August 5th, 2009 at 7:55 pm
I love to relax with my 12 year old daughter and listen to her talk about her day out on our porch (before the bugs come out) drinking ice tea. Then we come in and either play on WII as the dog, willow, tries hard to join in. My second is a nice relaxing bath no interruptions listing to great music. I have used Arbonne products and they are terrfic and my rep has gone above and beyond to check for gluten information on any of the products I have use, that makes me feel special instead of different, So nice!
August 5th, 2009 at 10:30 pm
I like to hang out with the family and watch movies or our favorite tv shows to relax. A great book is always nice too!

After a long day full of stress I enjoy going to the gym. This is my ‘me’ time where I can mentally cleanse my mind, and challenge my body. There is nothing more rewarding than putting my feet up after a long day of work and a great workout!
August 6th, 2009 at 9:22 am
Surfing for recipes, finding new food items and cooking, always gluten free, is one of the things I enjoy doing to relax. I also love to read in bed and there are some great books out there. If I can only stay awake to read a chapter or two without falling asleep:>

My favorite thing to do to relax is to sit in bed with my boys and read a book together. Our latest endevor has been the Harry Potter series. If it has been a really stressful day then I hop on my treadmill and push myself to do better than my last run.

Wow, relax! Not exactly sure what that means. I am a type A personality so I’m always on the go and multitasking. But when I do relax, I definitely put my feet up, grab a good book or magazine, get my cozy blanket and just chill!

Relax after a long day? Still looking for the answer.
August 6th, 2009 at 9:16 pm
We’re recent empty nesters. After raising three kids, a quiet homecoming to my honey and my Westie Gus is all the relaxation I need. A long walk with Gus, some light ‘work’ in the flower beds, a magazine and a little TV time… then, I like to catch up on the days events with my husband while preparing dinner. Life is great!!
August 6th, 2009 at 9:39 pm
