If you’re on a gluten-free diet, or just looking for a good healthy chip alternative, these delicious chips are worth checking out!

What I like the most about the New York Style Risotto Chips is that they’re great for dipping into gluten-free dips, or enjoyed all by themselves. Made of Arborio rice (the same rice that Risotto is made with) these chips are packed with 11 grams of whole grains – plus they taste delicious.

And all of us over here at BeFreeForMe aren’t the only ones chatting up this new chip: New York Style Risotto Chips are also featured in the January/February 2011 Food Network Magazine , on The Rachael Ray Show, and also on the Lifetime Network’s The Balancing Act as a “delicious gluten-free snack”. But see for yourself what all the buzz is about… Pick-up a bag of New York Style Risotto Chips and you’ll eat ’em like they’re going out of style!

New York Style Risotto Chips comes in three varieties: Parmesan & Roasted Garlic, Sea Salt, and my personal favorite Spicy Marinara.

I used to love to wear overalls 🙂 *Thanks* for the giveaway!

  2. cindy Says:

My most memorable fashion was a “tent” dress I had back in 8th grade. It was orange and yellow paisley and I loved it! It was memorable because I went to Catholic grade school and we were allowed to wear a dress on Fridays – as long as when your hands were down the tips touched the hem line. I was 5’8″ in eighth grade with very long legs so nothing ever went long enough. I really wanted to wear it to school so when the principal walked by all my friends tried to hide me – to no avail. I was sent home to change and had to walk 2 miles back and forth. All for a dress (:.

  3. Erin Small Says:

I love the 80’s look. I have memories of french rolled jeans, leg warmers, BIG bangs, and florescent colors.

  4. Lori Niver Says:

I loved bell bottom pants and flower power prints

  5. Chere Housefield Says:

My most memorable style was Farah Fawcett hair in the 70’s. I was a big girl with Farah Fawcett hair and had a sailor hit on me in the Atlanta airport when I was 13 years old. Boy did he scedaddle when I told him my age which was about the same time my mom walked over.

  6. Francine Says:

I’d love to try the spicy marinara! Does anyone remember go go boots? I had a white pair in grade school and boy, I thought I was styling!!

  7. Michelle Says:

The Spicy Marinara sounds yummy to me! I loved the 80’s and my favorite article of clothing was a purple and white striped Forenza shirt from The Limited. It was shorter in the front and longer in the back, perfect for wearing with stirrup pants!!!

  8. Jennifer C Says:

The parmesan and roasted garlic chips sound great. I remember leggings and long shirts, I guess I’m old enough that that has come around again!

  9. cb Says:

Sea salt would go with everything. 80s and neon!

  10. Christina Says:

The sea salt flavor sounds great to me. I remember wearing “banana clips” in my hair in the 80’s. That era spawned some interesting styles!

  11. gris Says:

will try first the sea salt to get the real taste of the chip, but definitely will go for the marinara sounds good to me.

  12. Toby Says:

My Mom would put me in polyester pants, brown and navy, and I HATED them…that material just wouldn’t ‘die’, so I remember once geting holes in the knees (on purpose), and my innovative mother…MADE SHORTS!! LOL

  13. Christine S. Says:

Parmesan and Roasted Garlic sounds wonderful. My favorite style I remember was in the early 1970s–a pair of double-knit burnt orange hip hugger bell bottom pants that I wore with a brown sweater. Wish I still had them for Halloween.

  14. Lisa Says:

Parmesan & Roasted Garlic…. YUM! Sounds delicious, can’t wait to try these!

Oh, can’t forget the barrettes with purple & lavender ribbons braided up the metal part and ribbons hanging down with beads on the ends. :^)

  39. cb Says:

Spicy marinara might go well with hummus. We eat a lot of hummus these days. Neon was fun, but there were these natural tan wedge sandals which criss-crossed in the front and strapped around the ankle. Don’t think they had a name – they were surprisingly comfortable.

Thanks for a second chance to win these stylin chips! One style that was really crazy was my uniform for high school orchestra. It was the 90’s but these had been made in the 70’s so it was a maroon polyester short jacket with a satin collar paired with a floor length polyester jumper. At least 100 other people were also wearing it for our performances.

I recently discovered that Frito-Lay has many gluten-free snack alternatives but was happy to come across your site to open my eyes to more. Thanks for introducing me to New York Style Risotto Chips, as well as the chance to win them! The “style” (or flavor) of the New York Style Risotto Chips that sounds best to me is the parmesan & roasted garlic, mmm! As far as my most memorable style of fashion, I have always been a fan of the infamous bell-bottom jeans. Luckily, Marsha Brady’s fashion go-to are coming back in style this Spring! I love snacks that offer the chance to use a dip so these chips sound great. Thanks again!
