Win-It-Wednesday: Goodbye Gluten Bread
If you’re looking to say goodbye to gluten and hello to good tasting bread you’ve got to try Goodbye Gluten, a new gluten-free bread.
Goodbye Gluten Bread is soft (yes… really, really, really soft), not crumbly and tasty to beat. My first bite had me concocting images of grilled cheese sandwiches, French toast, and lunch boxes sandwiches that would make my lunch-time yum-time.
The best part about this bread is that it is found in the real bread aisle in the supermarket. Yes. The REAL BREAD AISLE. Not the frozen food section. I like this since fresh-baked bread belongs in the bread aisle, not the frozen aisle hanging out with the frozen peas, pizzas and popsicles.
This shelf-stable bread comes in two types – Goodbye Gluten White Bread & Goodbye Gluten Multigrain Bread – both are freshly-baked in certified gluten-free bakeries. The breads also carry the Gluten-Free Certification seal from the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (www.gfco.org).
The breads are now just available in the Midwest in retailers such as Giant Eagle, Jewel-Osco, Cub Foods, Roundy’s, Kowalski’s, Lunds & Byerly’s, Super One and Hornbachers across the Midwest. But this is just Goodbye Gluten’s first phase of the brands launch. So be on the look out for these delicious breads soon in a store, in the real bread aisle, in a store near you!
All these delicious and non-frozen reasons are why I am so excited that Goodbye Gluten is this WIN-It-Wednesday’s sponsor on BeFreeForMe.com.
A total of four (4) BeFreeForMe members will be selected to win a prize for this contest. The prize is a loaf of each of two types of the Goodbye Gluten Breads. Two winner will be randomly selected from the entries received before Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 11:59 PM EST, and two more winners will be randomly selected to win from the entries received between Wednesday, October 10 and Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 11:59 PM. SO – make sure you enter to win two times!
How can you win?
Easy?
Reply to this blog and let us know how you would enjoy this soft, chewy, shelf-stable bread the most. Me? Grilled Cheese the whole way.
Good luck, Goodbye Gluten … and as always,
Be Free!

I’d love to make a grilled cheese and tomato with this scrumptious-sounding bread!
October 3rd, 2012 at 5:52 am
This bread sounds amazing goos taste, gluten free, and soft. I don’t know about anyone else but I have been gluten free for 5 years or more with my husband and I CANNOT stand the smell of gluten-ated bread it makes feel ill, so having it in the “the real bread isle” is not a good thing. I literally hold my breath when I get near “that” isle or the bakery when it is in full swing. Sorry got off on my tangent of the bread isle…..
October 3rd, 2012 at 5:58 am
A pimento cheese sandwich! Yum.
October 3rd, 2012 at 6:02 am
This bread sounds delicious and I would love to try it! Can’t wait for “real” bread again!!
October 3rd, 2012 at 6:10 am
I’ve been thinking about french toast but gf bread just doen’t seem to be made for that. It would be wonderful to be a ble to make french toast again!!
October 3rd, 2012 at 6:37 am
grilled cheese all the way!!!
October 3rd, 2012 at 7:07 am
Oh my…bread that is soft and shelf stable. That would be wonderful. I would fix me a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Gosh that sounds so good
October 3rd, 2012 at 7:19 am
I just want to enjoy any sandwich in real bread, w/o it falling apart! Specifically a tuna salad sandwich.
October 3rd, 2012 at 7:38 am
I would enjoy to finally have my peanut butter & jelly sandwiches back.
October 3rd, 2012 at 8:27 am
I’d love to try the Goodbye Gluten bread for my son who has Celiac’s. I think we’d make a good ‘ol club with ham, turkey, fresh cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, pepperjack, lettuce and a little mustard.
October 3rd, 2012 at 8:45 am
Giant Eagle has been offering $1.00 coupons for this bread. Thanks for telling us its in the regular bread aisle as I’ve been looking in the frozen section where the gluten free breads are. Can’t wait to have my daughter try it.
October 3rd, 2012 at 8:48 am
That sounds great! gooey beanut butter & jelly sandwich that you know will hold up when you hold it and not fall apart at each bite. I love a good sticky PB&J. I’ve been waiting for a bread that’s soft and squishy!! 🙂
October 3rd, 2012 at 8:57 am
Make mine a BLT!
October 3rd, 2012 at 9:17 am
Wow! these sound really good!
I would love to be able to eat soft bread right out of the package (that’s what I miss most about being gluten free) and with some really good fruit preserves
October 3rd, 2012 at 9:27 am
Is it true!?
October 3rd, 2012 at 9:38 am
I would love a good sandwich. I miss being able to have a sandwich with the family because all of the other gluten free breads leave so much to be desired. I hope this bread makes it to Memphis soon!
October 3rd, 2012 at 9:40 am
I would put my Caprese Salad between two pieces of bread and then grill it! My mouth is watering as I write this!!! Now I just need to find it in a store near me.
October 3rd, 2012 at 9:47 am
I am forever on the hunt for delicious gluten free bread. So many things that I would love to try on this bread!!! Starting with a tuna fish sandwich for lunch. I really miss being able to have a great sandwich at lunch.
October 3rd, 2012 at 9:55 am
I would make myself a patty melt….or maybe a blt!! Endless possibilities!!
October 3rd, 2012 at 10:00 am
I would especially enjoy picking this up in the regular food aisle. It would mean there is a shift in how the public views gluten free. I have eaten lots of food that doesn’t taste like what I was brought up on, but its gluten free. I rejoice when something actually tastes good and anyone wants to eat it.
October 3rd, 2012 at 10:00 am
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
October 3rd, 2012 at 10:42 am
I miss sandwiches. I mean I really, really miss sandwiches. My old standby when I don’t know what I want to eat……a BLT. Can’t wait to have one of those again, toasted. Untoasted, I am looking forward to a nice turkey and swiss with light mayo and lettuce on fresh, soft bread.
October 3rd, 2012 at 10:57 am
A really soft gluten-free bread? WOW! I can’t wait to try it. Over the past few years, several GF breads have appeared in the market with a good taste … but the texture is usually crumbly or like day-old wheat breads. If your bakery has a soft texture without the lingering after-taste of rice flour, then I can really say “good-bye” to the other GF breads!
October 3rd, 2012 at 11:06 am
Pb & j!
October 3rd, 2012 at 11:13 am
I feel deprived of enjoying all sandwiches, since I’ve discovered that I’m gluten intolerant. I really miss having bacon & tomato sandwiches that don’t crumble when you bite into them! These breads sounds like they would fill the bill of all that I’ve been missing (bread-wise!)
October 3rd, 2012 at 11:23 am
My 5 year old daughter has celiac disease as well as type 1 diabetes. Talk about meal time challanges!!!! We have been desparate to find a bread for her to enjoy that isn’t frozen, think, rubbery and grainy. Thought we finally found a solution when a new gluten free bakery opened up 20 minutes from us. We bought our first loaf of Sorghum bread for $7. My daughter was so excited, she wanted a piece the minute we got home- she LOVED it and ate several pieces in the first couple days. So Monday morning I go to make her a sandwich for her lunchbox and – UGH all the bread is molded- in only 4 days!!! 3/4 of a loaf down the drain. My daughter was so disappointed she cried!!!
What would we make with Goodbye Gluten Breads- everything!!!! Lunchbox sandwiches, grill cheese, eggs & toast, garlic bread and even “buns” for hotdogs/hamburgers. PLEASE, we want to try Goodbye Gluten Breads!!
October 3rd, 2012 at 11:38 am
peanut butter and jelly!
October 3rd, 2012 at 12:09 pm
How many ways to enjoy! Bread is sort of a rare treat for me, with celiac disease, and the usual extra cost of GF loaves!
I’d make french toast. It’s been ages since I’ve had french toast. Sometimes, I even make eggs with vanilla, cinnomon, and nutmug, just to get the flavour — but it isn’t the same texture at all!
October 3rd, 2012 at 1:00 pm
peanut butter and marshmallow cream
October 3rd, 2012 at 2:24 pm
Turkey, avocado, swiss, for sure!
October 3rd, 2012 at 3:19 pm
I would make the all american Peanut butter and Jelly. Although I am seeing a lot of good responses and may have to try a few of their sandwhich ideas as well.
October 3rd, 2012 at 3:22 pm
A radish sandwich with honey mustard.
October 3rd, 2012 at 3:59 pm
I would make a scrumptious grilled cheese sandwich!
October 3rd, 2012 at 4:03 pm
I think I would have myself a reuben!! No. TWO!
October 3rd, 2012 at 4:48 pm
I would make either a BLT or Grilled Cheese, both are favorites of mine that I miss
October 3rd, 2012 at 5:31 pm
Have tried so many that claim to be soft and aren’t, cant wait to try this one out.
October 3rd, 2012 at 5:34 pm
Chicken salad on soft gluten free bread. Yeah, that would be yummy!
Hope it won’t be long before I see this in Florida on the bread isle.
October 3rd, 2012 at 6:18 pm
Smoked turkey, lettuce, tomato, and pickles!
October 3rd, 2012 at 6:54 pm
I would make a grilled cheese and tomatoe sandwich.
October 3rd, 2012 at 6:57 pm
French toast would be wonderful!!!! Fresh bread for homemade stuffing. Just in time for the holidays. I would love to be able to pack lunches with this bread. A fresh tomato sandwich. Peanut butter and jelly. Tuna salad sandwich. Deli meat and cheese. We would love to try it.
October 3rd, 2012 at 7:21 pm
A good peanut butter and jelly sandwich would be the way to go but one better would be to take that sandwich and dip it in beaten eggs, dash of milk, half teaspoon vanilla and fry it as French toast. Awesome!
October 3rd, 2012 at 7:23 pm
Grilled cheese and tomato would be good.
October 3rd, 2012 at 8:00 pm
BLT’s that dont fall apart! Wow, that would be amazing!
October 3rd, 2012 at 9:40 pm
I’ve tried several kinds of gluten free breads, some aren’t too bad. I would really like to try one that I can count on to taste good. Toast, pb and j, eggs and cheese, BLTs all sound tempting!
October 3rd, 2012 at 11:09 pm
I would make a sliced turkey with lettuce and tomatoes.
October 4th, 2012 at 12:09 am
I would just toast it and have it with my homemade apricot preserves!!!
October 4th, 2012 at 6:21 am
I would love it for my daughter’s lunch box! She is into turkey sandwiches, with Hormel Natural lunchmeat (they say gluten free right on the box!), but she also likes sunbutter and bananas. Looking forward to seeing this bread in Michigan!
October 4th, 2012 at 7:30 am
Peanut butter and jelly all the way!!!!
October 4th, 2012 at 8:11 am
Soft? No toasting necessary? It has to be a PB&J, I miss that on super soft bread so much!
October 4th, 2012 at 8:24 am
I love that soft bread. Toasted on the stove with ham and cheese. yummy!
October 4th, 2012 at 8:25 am
Pancakes….waffles…….they are alright but my fav is definitely french toast and I’ve missed it these last 4 years. I’ve tried to make it with other gf bread and it’s just not good. I can’t wait until this bread makes it my way!
By the way, I’ve made awesome BLTs with toasted UDIs and pretty great grilled cheese and tomato ‘sandwiches’ (for lack of a better word) by using a Food For Life brown rice tortilla. Just cut in half, lay in a buttered skillet load with your cheese and toms and place the other half on top. Flip when nicely browned. It’s not your usual soft grilled cheese but the tortilla gets all browned and crispy and the cheese all melty and delicious. Yum!
October 4th, 2012 at 8:45 am
Sounds too good to be true. I’d love a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
October 4th, 2012 at 9:12 am
This bread sounds really good!
The hardest part of being Gluten free is not being able to enjoy soft bread- I would eat it plain right out of the package!
October 4th, 2012 at 9:14 am
Tried and true, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
October 4th, 2012 at 9:16 am
Tried and true, peanut butter and jelly sandwich
October 4th, 2012 at 9:38 am
I would make a roast beef sandwich with melted cheddar cheese.
October 4th, 2012 at 10:50 am
Open face hot turkey sandwich, yummmmyyy
October 4th, 2012 at 11:10 am
I usually make my own bread because of the cost. Would love to try a different type
October 4th, 2012 at 12:55 pm
Oh, WOW ! Gluten-free bread for a sandwich that does not crumble ! Sounds terrific. I would like ANY kind of sandwich made with that bread. Thanks for the giveaway.
October 4th, 2012 at 2:14 pm
I would really enjoy a grown-up version of grilled cheese and tomato soup. MMmmmm!
October 4th, 2012 at 4:13 pm
A grilled cheese and turkey would be on my list along with an ungrilled avocado and tomato sandwich.
October 4th, 2012 at 4:27 pm
Fresh gluten-free bread?! Sign me up! I can’t wait for Good-bye Gluten bread to hit Central Florida. I always have to toast my frozen gluten free bread to make it edible. It falls apart & just doesn’t taste as good as regular bread. I would love to be able to make a thick peanut butter and banana sandwich without having to toast the bread or worry about it falling apart as I try to eat it. I hope I win cause I’m dying for a good sandwich!
October 4th, 2012 at 8:22 pm
where to start – peanut butter and jelly, tuna fish, grilled cheese, french toast, popeyes – any and all types of sandwiches that I’ve missed so much over the years. I can’t imagine what it’s like to not have to take a hack saw to remove two slices of bread from a loaf, to not have to toast it! I can’t can’t wait to try this!
October 4th, 2012 at 9:11 pm
Pick me, I’m gluten free!!!
October 4th, 2012 at 9:13 pm

October 5th, 2012 at 4:30 am
Peanut Butter and Pickle would be my first one then Ham & Cheese.
October 5th, 2012 at 7:38 am
I would make French Toast with it for breakfast; then a grilled cheese sandwich with salami, tomoato & horseradish sause that I can dip into tomato soup for lunch; then for after supper, a warm bread pudding!
October 5th, 2012 at 10:07 am
I would make garlic toast. I missed garlic bread so much!

You can’t go wrong with grilled cheese – with tomato, munster cheese with a slice of sharp cheddar. YUM!
October 6th, 2012 at 1:20 am
I’ve never had this bread, but it sounds like it’d make a fabulous grilled cheese! 🙂
October 6th, 2012 at 1:30 am
I would make an almond butter, honey, & banana sandwich. Yum!
October 6th, 2012 at 2:03 pm

October 8th, 2012 at 7:35 am
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, toast with butter and jam, grilled cheese, french toast….oh so many ways to use this delicious bread…..
October 8th, 2012 at 9:35 am
So many possibilities of what to make. It would probably first be a BLT and the peanut butter and jelly and then maybe a tuna fish salad sandwich or possibly grilled cheese and then a nice turkey club. I do really miss a nice sandwich bread. and would love to try this bread as it sounds wonderful.
October 8th, 2012 at 11:10 am
I would love to be able to make sandwiches in my office without worrying about Bread going bad
October 8th, 2012 at 11:11 am

I would love to give this to my mom! She has such a hard time finding good bread, and I know she really misses being able to have simple peanut butter and banana sandwiches. They’re her favorite!
October 8th, 2012 at 4:30 pm
Could an edible bread pudding actually be possible? I really want to find out!!
October 8th, 2012 at 6:35 pm
Peanut butter and jelly.I really miss those.
October 8th, 2012 at 7:16 pm
i would love to try this is cheesesteak format.. i haven’t had a cheesesteak in so long!!!
October 8th, 2012 at 9:38 pm
Strattas, French Toast, Framed Eggs, Fluffer-nutter sandwiches, Cinnamon Toast, and plain old-fashioned bread and butter! I LOVE bread. This will be wonderful when it get to the Pacific Northwest! I’m grabbing TWO loaves to start!
October 9th, 2012 at 7:30 am
I have missed being able to have fresh, soft bread since finding out about my gluten allergy! If I had this bread I might just eat it straight out of the package so that I could enjoy it’s softness just as I did as a child. Sometimes as a child I would peel the crust off two pieces of bread and squeese them together to form a ball of bread and eat this with a big glass of milk! Aha childhood memories!
October 9th, 2012 at 7:49 am
PBJ fresh from the bread bag …what no micro ~ no toaster involved …dont believe it cant wait to see it here on the east coast!
October 9th, 2012 at 8:47 am
Any kind of sandwich would be a delight! I haven’t eaten a real SANDWICH in so very long…Grilled Goat Cheese, pnut butter&jam, or my summer favorite BAHS….bacon-avocado-hummus-spinach sandwich. I make my own breads, gluten-free and otherwise…but would love to have a tasty, non-crumbly, sliceable bread….Is this finally the one?!
October 9th, 2012 at 9:56 am
Would love to eat a soft gluten free bread made into a sandwich with cream cheese ,tomatoes and potato chips.YUM!
October 9th, 2012 at 10:07 am
I would love to make grilled white cheddar cheese with a nice slice of tomato & some fresh basil! YUM!
October 9th, 2012 at 10:39 am
Would love to win this bread. I have tried others, but they are usually hard and not like real bread. I love turkey and Swiss grilled sandwiches, so that would be wonderful to win.
October 9th, 2012 at 10:50 am
I am looking for something that does not have beef, dairy, wheat or eggs, or cinnamon
Thank you Wilma
October 9th, 2012 at 10:54 am
Growing up as an Italian kid, I always lovedddddddd bread. I could eat an entire loaf to myself. My favorite thing to do was make a giant sandwich, and then crush it all together and turn it into a panini
It’s been such a long time that I did that, i’d love to do it again.
So what i’d do with this, and put some roast beef, sliced turkey, sliced ham, pancetta, mozzarella, asiago spread, some tomato slices. Then, I will put this in a panini press – make it all warm and gooey. Mmm, sounds so good..
October 9th, 2012 at 1:55 pm
This would be so nice for my celiac daughter for school sandwich, which she loves grilled cheese, but also the ease of having gluten free bread handy, not having to defrost her bread first. Wow cant wait to try and see if she likes it. Thank You!!!
October 9th, 2012 at 9:12 pm
I’ve tried lots of gluten free breads and none have made it to my home the second time. I live in the east, but will be looking for this new bread as soon as it hits the eastcoast. It sounds too good to be true. I’m definitely going to give it a try!
October 10th, 2012 at 4:29 am
Toasted with a little butter for me.
October 10th, 2012 at 6:59 am
I’ve got a great recipe for French toast that calls for Gran Marnier. Soak the bread in the egg mixture and it ends up having a custard-like texture after cooking. Yummy!
October 10th, 2012 at 8:24 am
Can’t wait to try it!
October 10th, 2012 at 8:43 am
The possibilities are endless…stuffing for thanksgiving comes to mind!
October 10th, 2012 at 9:06 am
PB&J!!!
October 10th, 2012 at 9:55 am
Grilled cheese for sure! I need it with my tomato soup!
October 10th, 2012 at 10:10 am
I’m just beginning the gluten free life. But I would toast up two slices, throw some mayo, a lunchmeat, slices of cheese, some lettuce, and tomato. It’s my favorite way to have a sandwich and I can’t really have it anymore. I’ve gotten a loaf of Udi’s and Rudi’s, but both are small loaves. I want a bread that can make a legitimate sandwich. I’m not opposed to making stuffing and/or croutons with it, either. 🙂
October 10th, 2012 at 11:07 am
I don’t have any problem making grilled cheese sandwiches with other gluten free breads…but what I WOULD love is make a nice big cold sandwhich with all the fixings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, etc) and be able to take my first bite of it without the bread falling apart!
October 10th, 2012 at 12:45 pm
I would love an old fashion PB&J!!! I’m new to the whole gluten-free diet so I am wanting to try everything
October 10th, 2012 at 2:55 pm

October 10th, 2012 at 2:58 pm
A turkey bacon club. Yummy.
October 10th, 2012 at 6:46 pm
Bread and butter with dinner.
October 10th, 2012 at 7:05 pm
Ham and cheese with tomato, onion and mustard.
October 10th, 2012 at 7:27 pm
I love grilled cheese too, but I would also make toast with blueberry jam!
October 10th, 2012 at 8:25 pm
I found this in Giant Eagle.. was SO happy.. my 6 yr old is Celiac, and this makes MUCH better ham and cheese sandwiches for his lunch. he loves it… yay for non-frozen non-nasty bread!
October 11th, 2012 at 4:26 am
I would have a real P and J. It’s been so long. Then I would want a fancy grilled cheese. All sounds Dreamy and so Yummy!!!!
October 11th, 2012 at 5:16 am
Shelf stable? Does that mean I can pack sandwiches in my daughters lunch again? School lunches are the bone of my existence. She wants a sandwich but you can’t toast THEN pack bread without terrible things happening to it.
October 11th, 2012 at 6:46 am
I would make a turkey, cheese and avocado sandwich with the bread.
October 11th, 2012 at 8:24 am
My granddaughter has celiac disease and misses just having a good sandwich. I certainly will keep an eye out in my local store for this great sounding bread
October 11th, 2012 at 9:15 am
Me…a caprese sandwich…fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar heated slightly…
October 11th, 2012 at 9:44 am
Would love to try this with turkey and avocado
October 11th, 2012 at 11:22 am
Nothing would be a good ole soft peanut butter and butter sandwich. The idea of a SOFT wonderful sandwich sounds amazingly wonderful to me. Really any type of sandwich that would consist of SOFT bread sounds great to me!!! It has been a long time since I have enjoyed eating a sandwich!! Looking forward to trying this bread ;o)
October 11th, 2012 at 3:43 pm
I would sooooo love to have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! Or TOAST…. If it’ll toast like normal bread. Mmmm, the possiblities! A meat sandwich packed with veggies sounds delish too…. Now I’m getting hungry for things I haven’t had in MONTHS. =)
October 11th, 2012 at 5:55 pm
Hmmm… am waiting to try this! with baked chicken, lettus, tomamto & walnuts.
tahnk you.
October 11th, 2012 at 8:38 pm
I would toast the bread in coconut oil to have with eggs and sliced avocado for breakfast.
October 12th, 2012 at 8:54 am
This would be a wonderful bread for making a panini with smoked mozzarella, fresh basil, and farmer’s market heirloom tomatoes. Yum!
October 12th, 2012 at 2:49 pm
How about cholesterol free butter & a little Jam + walnuts??!
October 12th, 2012 at 7:45 pm

i would also make a four cheese grilled cheese with tomatoes and mustard.
Please pick me!
October 13th, 2012 at 11:47 am
My daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, and gluten free bread has not been enjoyable for her. We would love to try this product, so that we could watch her enjoy either of her favorite sandwiches (hummus with a slice of american cheese, or tuna with tomato & bits of celery), or put a juicy hamburger on it.
October 13th, 2012 at 5:35 pm
I would love a nice egg salad on soft bread. I have had good luck making french toast with Udi’s white bread. Just be sure the bread gets soaked good.
October 14th, 2012 at 4:24 pm
Oooh, lox — like a bagel, but sans bagel. It sounds like it would be perfect for salmon lox. 🙂 Second choice after a french toast b-fast.
October 15th, 2012 at 8:21 am
With Thanksgiving coming up a turkey sandwitch.
October 15th, 2012 at 10:01 am
I am very anxious to try this bread and glad to hear it will be along side of others in the bread aisles.
Also, I intend to ask for it at the supermarkets with hope it will be here on the west coast soon.

I’m looking forward to making my homemade turkey stuffing (just in time for Thanksgiving – YES!) and my bread pudding. I can almost taste them now.

This bread sounds so good. I can’t wait to try it with sunbutter and grape jam or as a chicken salad sandwich.
Thanks!

I just want a normal sandwich! Turkey with pickles and cheese and honey mustard. And could I eat it without toasting it? Is that possible? If so, I’d really really like to eat it.

Sounds wonderful! Would love to give it a try! I haven’t found a gluten-free bread that was actually good. Hoping this is the one!

Hello,
I would love to try this bread. I have been a fan of Udi bread for about a yr now but after a yr, I am finding I want to branch out. I would love to use this bread for a monti cristo, with a side of jam. That would be the first thing I would try with it.
The second thing I would love to try with this bread, is how it works as stuffing. With Thanksgiving fast approaching, stuffing is a staple food at the table. Being able to present a unique spin on “traditional” stuffing would be a real conversation starter and something I would be truly thankful for.
Thanks,
rosanne

I found some of this bread at Kowalskis while in Minneaolis last weekend and bought two loaves. I wish I would have bought 20 instead. I ate sunbutter and homemade raspberry-rhubarb sandwiches every day for lunch this week. It is absolutely amazing…soft and moist…just the right texture. I forgot that I used to like bread! I sure hope they get some in my neighborhood soon!

As another person had stated that her daughter has both Celiac and Type 1 Diabetics my granddaughter has the same problem. My daughter-law was buying all kind of bread only to be throw it away. She was at my house one day and I made french toast for her and she wanted to know if she could take it home with her.(well she did) Now I an having a problem buying it. I always bought it at Giant Eagle but lately they have been out of it. My granddaughter wanted to know where that good bread was.
IT IS THE BEST.
