Hot & Spicy Nachos
Hot and spicy – a traditional dip that is always a crowd pleaser!
1-2 fresh jalapeno chilies (Note: you may want to wear gloves when handling the peppers!)
2 packages gluten free corn tortilla chips (Check label for allergens!)
8 ounces gluten free cheddar cheese, grated (Check label for allergens!)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro - to use as a garnish
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the chilies into thin slices. Place chips into a shallow, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with the chili slices and top with the cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven, dress up with cilantro. Serving suggestions: Serve with gluten free salsa, guacamole and sour cream – Check all for allergens!
