Hot Wings
Hot & Spicy Wings! Prepare ahead and bring for tailgate grilling!
16 chicken wings
1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cane syrup or dark corn syrup (Check label for allergens!)
1 tablespoon Pepper Sauce (Check label for allergens!)
1 teaspoon GF soy sauce (Check label for allergens!)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (Check label for allergens!)
Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut remaining wings in half. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl until well blended; add wings. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Prepare grill. Place wings on grid. Grill 15 to 20 minutes over medium coals, turning frequently.
