N'more Graham Cracker S'mores
Who needs Graham Crackers? Enjoy these grilled summertime favorite sweet treats gluten and allergen free! Serve with a variety of fillings to cater to everyone’s tastes and allergens!
4 brown rice wraps (8-9” sized) or corn tortillas (Check label for allergens!)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Optional fillings:
Peanut butter (Omit for nut free!) or other nut-free butters
Chocolate Chips (Check label for allergens!)
Mini Marshmallows (Check label for allergens!)
Cinnamon and Sugar
Banana slices
Cream Cheese and Jelly (Check label for allergens!)
Sandwiched in paper towels, heat the wraps or corn tortillas for 30 seconds in the microwave, until they are soft and workable.
Place each wrap / tortilla on a piece of aluminum foil. Brush each side scantly with the melted butter. Sprinkle desired “fillings” on one side of wrap or tortilla. Fold in half and wrap in the foil.
Preheat the gas grill to medium-low heat. Place the s’mores wrapped in foil on the grill grates. Cover and grill about 3 minutes, or until the contents start to melt together. Flip and grill for another 2 minutes.
Remove foil and cut into wedges if too large for little hands. Enjoy!
