Presto Pesto Dip
Serve with cut veggies or gluten-free crackers or crisps!
1 cup of plain yogurt (check label for allergens)
1 cup of cottage cheese (check label for allergens)
½ cup Classic Basil Pesto (check ingredients for allergens and make substitutions as necessary)
¼ cup sour cream (check label for allergens)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of hot sauce (check label for allergens)
Fresh cut veggie sticks or gluten-free crackers (check label for allergens)
In a blender or by hand, mix together the yogurt and the cottage cheese until it is smooth and creamy – making sure it does not become too watery.
Next place the yogurt / cottage cheese blend in a medium bowl and add the pesto, sour cream, garlic powder and hot sauce, to taste. Whisk together until well blended.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make about 1 ½ cups.
