Apple Meatloaf
This recipe adds a new twist to ho-hum meatloaf! Serve with steaming hot mashed potatoes!
About 2 ½ pounds ground beef
1 ½ cups gluten free stuffing mix
2 cups finely chopped apples (any variety)
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon all-spice
3 eggs
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish (Check label for allergens)
1 cup ketchup (Check label for allergens)
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack into greased 8” x 5” loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ¼ hours.
Makes 8-10 servings.
