All ingredients come straight from the Produce Department. One of the most basic guacamole recipes you’ll ever find.  Easy & Quick.


1 1/2 cups diced peeled avocado

1/2 cup diced seeded tomato
 

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
 

1/4 cup finely chopped onion
 

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
 

Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients. Serve imme­diately. Serve with tortilla chips (check allergens) or use as a spread on sandwiches.
