Peanut Butter Fruit Dip



Fish Free Gluten Free 

This is a great dip to send in a school lunch cooler. Makes eating fruit as a dessert fun & yummy!

2/3 cup crumbled firm tofu  - about 4-5 ounces. (Check label for allergens!)

2/3 cup cottage cheese - low-fat or regular. (Check label for allergens!)

1/4 cup peanut butter (Check label for allergens!)

2 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ground cinnamon or all-spice  (optional)

Place first four ingredients in a food processor; blend until smooth. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with cinnamon or allspice, if desired. Serve with sliced fruit (apples and pears are yummy with this!) or graham crackers or other sweet, but plain cookie / cracker (check cookies & crackers for for allergens!).
