2 eggs
2¼ cup of gluten-free all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup of chopped walnuts (Omit for nut-free)
1½ cups of blueberries; washed, any stems removed and dried well
Butter or margarine for greasing the cookie sheets

Prepare a cookie sheet, by lightly greasing. Drop the cookie batter a spoonful at a time onto the sheet(s).
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and done in center.
