Hot Cranberry-Apple Punch
Perfect for serving at holiday time. The aroma while cooking will envelop your house with a warm and welcoming fragrance.
1 quart cranberry juice cocktail
1 quart apple cider
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon allspice
8-10 whole cloves
Three 4” cinnamon sticks
2 oranges, halved & thinly sliced into half-moons
In a large sauce pan, combine ingredients except for the orange slices, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered, 10-12 minutes.
Remove spices. Serve warm.
Makes 2 quarts.
