Horseradish Dill Dip
This dip is so versatile! It is great served with fresh cut veggie sticks or used as a “stuffing” for boneless breasts of oven baked chicken!
8-10 ounces of softened cream cheese (Check label for allergens)
¼ cup, plus 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (Check label for allergens)
2 tablespoons milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
2½ tablespoons chopped, fresh dill
2 garlic cloves minced
Juice of a ½ a lemon
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, horseradish, milk, salt and the pepper until well blended and fluffy.
Next stir in the chopped dill, minced garlic and the fresh lemon juice.
Spoon into a serving bowl, and cover with plastic wrap. Chill well before serving.
Serve with fresh cut veggie sticks or gluten-free crackers.
Makes about 2 cups.
