Pesto Drizzle
We love this “dressing” drizzled over fresh tomatoes and basil. The buttermilk makes it creamy and rich. Also, a great marinade or dipping sauce.
2/3 cup of buttermilk
3 tablespoons prepared pesto (Check label for allergens – BE AWARE! Many pesto sauces contain NUTS!)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced well
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
Serve drizzled over fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, or over mixed salad greens and olives.
