Fast & Easy Egg Burrito



Dairy Free Nut Free Fish Free Soy Free Gluten Free 

Fast & Easy breakfast idea! Tip: Chop up bacon and onion the night before and store in refrigerator if morning time is at a premium! 

1 teaspoon chopped onion (or add peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
1 piece of Canadian bacon (Check label for allergens!)
1 egg
1 corn tortilla (Check label for allergens!)
Gluten free salsa (Check label for allergens!)

Mist skillet lightly with olive oil.  Saute onion and bacon until tender.  Add egg and scramble until cooked.  Heat tortilla in microwave for about 10 seconds.  Spoon egg onto tortilla, top with salsa, roll up and eat.
