Quick and Easy Chinese Chicken Wings



Dairy Free Nut Free Fish Free Gluten Free 

Make ahead for a quick pick ‘em up snack, appetizer or picnic basket entree!

25-30 chicken wings
5-ounces gluten-free soy sauce (check label for allergens)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard

 

Wash and pat dry the chicken, and set in a baking dish with a tight cover or large Ziploc bag. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and pour over chicken wings. Mix well to coat.

Marinade for at least 2 hours, but for best results marinade overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for one hour, or until juices run clear when the thickest part of the chicken is cut with the a knife.

Serves 6-8.
